and supplier selection.- Control project budgets through effective change management, cost tracking, and forecasting.- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow analyses, and financial performance updates.- Review and approve subcontractor proposals, payment applications, contract variations, and change requests.- Negotiate final accounts and provide recommendations to mitigate cost overruns and project risks.- Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, site teams, and suppliers throughout all project stages.- Lead and mentor junior team members where required,
