Remote Internet Sales RepresentativeCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $25,000 MXN net per month.Vacation: 12 days per year.Aguinaldo: 15 days.Fully remote position.Position SummaryThe Internet Sales Representative — Internet Sales Team (IST) — owns the customer relationship from the moment a lead enters the CRM until that customer is standing in the showroom in front of the assigned salesperson. This is a sales position, not a clerical or message-taking position. The representative is measured on appointments that show and on the units those appointments produce — not on activity volume alone.Where the role starts and stops. The IST representative works the lead: first response, live phone contact, qualification, ongoing follow-up, appointment setting, and appointment confirmation. At the point of arrival, the assigned salesperson takes over and owns everything that follows — the walk-around and demo, negotiation, trade appraisal, desking, F&I; introduction, delivery, and close. The representative does not desk deals or negotiate final numbers. The representative does stay involved on any customer who leaves without purchasing, and continues follow-up in coordination with the salesperson and sales manager. The dealership generates the majority of its opportunities through paid digital advertising and organic website traffic. Every lead carries real acquisition cost, which means the standard is simple: no lead goes unworked, no lead goes unanswered, and no lead sits past company response standards. The representative works inside DriveCentric CRM alongside the dealership's AI Sales Agent,
