We are currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing professional support, coordinating appointments, resolving inquiries, and helping deliver a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities - Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, providers, locations, and procedures.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and registration details.
- Meet performance expectations for quality,



productivity, attendance, and service levels.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree and Professional License (Cédula Cualificado) - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, healthcare, or patient access.
Compensation & Benefits - Monthly Salary: $19,500 MXN - Payment: Weekly.
