CNX in Mexico City seeks a Sr. Technical Representative, IT Operations, to provide first‐level support for network outages and IT incidents.
You will handle daily network activities, incident/change management, and end-user requests within SLAs, reporting to the Network Engineering Team. The idóneo candidate has a diploma or is studying Computer Science, fluent English (B2+), at least 1 year in IT support, and hands-on knowledge of Windows/Mac networks, DNS, and Active Directory.
