MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline. 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, reliability, industrial systems, or manufacturing operations. Experience implementing Value Stream Map, Quick Change over methods & Kaizen Events. Experience in Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean methodologies. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, communicated and explained, understood and accepted, implemented and developed. Planning and initiating of lean projects and change processes across multiple functions to improve productivity and meet productivity goals. Lead of improvement projects with the use of lean methodology e.g. (Standardized Work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Layout Design, TPM Tools, Problem solving tools like Ishikawa, 5 why, SMED, etc.)
