The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for key customers in Contract Logistics operations.
Responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships, ensuring service quality, managing operational performance, and identifying growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day communication with assigned customers to ensure operational excellence and satisfactionCoordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet KPIs and contractual commitmentsAnalyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clientsHandle issue resolution and escalation management to maintain service continuityIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service qualityDevelop strategic account plans to drive retention and organic growth (upselling/cross-selling)Support pricing reviews, renewals, and contract negotiationsAct as the "voice of the customer" within the organization,



ensuring alignment between client expectations and operational capabilitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in account management, operations, or customer service within warehousing management and logisticsStrong background in contract logistics(warehousing and in land transportation)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization toolFluent in both English and SpanishPreferred SkillsExperience with leading logistics company or handling large regional key accountsKnowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS/TMS)Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
