College degree in any Engineering field (Industrial, mechanic, electric, etc.) 5 years of exp in similar position in automotive manufacturing environment (methalmechanic preferred) Wide knowledge in assembly lines, work stations balance, progressive dies, welder process and stamping highly preferred.




Excellent skills to manage teams and to work with personel in all level in diferent departments Excellent communication skills to all levels Conflict management expert Focused on results thru KPI's (safety, productivity, efficiency, internal quality, etc.) Total Quality management with 0 defects focus.
Continous improvement mentality and projects development.
