About the RolePellera Technologies is seeking a proactive and technically skilled NOC Specialist to join our Managed Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and cloud environments to ensure maximum availability, performance, and security.The adecuado candidate has experience supporting IT infrastructure, strong network fundamentals, hands-on exposure to Azure environments, and advanced English communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze alerts to identify, classify, prioritize, and resolve incidents.Create, improve, and maintain monitoring rules and alerting mechanisms.Support and maintain network infrastructure, including:RoutersSwitchesFirewallsIDS/IPS solutionsAdminister and support IT services such as:Active DirectoryFile SystemsBackup SolutionsAntivirus PlatformsMonitor and support cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure.Respond to incidents, outages,



and security events according to SLA requirements.Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party providers.Follow ITSM and operational best practices.Required Qualifications1+ year of experience in a NOC, Service Desk, Technical Support, IT Operations, or Monitoring role.Strong understanding of:TCP/IPDNSDHCPVPNsRouting & SwitchingBasic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts.Experience working with monitoring and alerting tools.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset.CertificationsEquivalent Azure certification (Preferred) English Level: C1 (Advanced)EducationBachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
