If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Master Scheduler – Guadalajara, North SiteThe Master Scheduler role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on‑time and efficient deliveries of final product with zero downtime.What a typical day looks like:- Create daily production schedules- Supervise that deadlines are met.- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues- Provide training to staff members as required- Report key metrics as requiredThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.- Advanced experience in the position- Advanced English (written and spoken)- Knowledge of production floor planning.- Solid knowledge of SMT, PTH, PCBA, and BOX processes.- Experience with Kinaxis would be a plus.- Creates the production plan.- Monitoring the production plan on the production floor- Strong knowledge in MRP.- Advanced Excel.- Experience in NPI.- Schedule availability- Work under pressure.- OrganizedWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
