Descripción

- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve organizational goals.

Perfil buscado

A successful Plant Manager should have: Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager or similar roles.
- Experience leading manufacturing operations within a maquiladora environment.




- Strong background in plastic injection molding or comparable manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing budgets, costs, and overall plant performance.
- Advanced English.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, TPM, OEE, and operational management systems.

Preferred

- Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Experience implementing structure, planning, and performance management systems.
- Valid visa and passport.
- Availability to relocate.
