- Experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA
- Understanding of manufacturing operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Coordinate on site OCM activities (stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations)
- Supporting on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities
- Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and supervisors on-site
