Vice President of Operations

We're looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead operational strategy, drive business growth, and scale a high-performing operating model.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, financial performance, client management, and business growth.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Lead the overall operations strategy and execution, aligned with medium- and long-term business objectives.
- Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including new sites, service lines, and operational channels.
- Lead and develop high-performing operations teams.
- Own P&L;, budgets, revenue, profitability, and key operational KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and support strategic negotiations around contracts, pricing, and SLAs.




- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in senior/director-level leadership roles.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong experience leading operational or strategic business units.
- Proven experience managing P&L;, budgets, and financial performance.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
