Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment, including order entry and updates in Sage 100. Communicate with U.S. customers about order status, product availability, shipping dates, and delivery issues. Coordinate with production and warehouse staff to prepare and ship orders on time. Work with the U.S. logistics provider, carriers, and customs partners to coordinate shipments and required documentation. Help ensure orders meet customer requirements for labeling, packaging, pallet preparation, and delivery. Maintain accurate order and shipment records and follow up on inventory discrepancies or open issues. Support invoicing, purchase order processing, and routine transaction entry in coordination with the accounting team. REQUIREMENTS 10 year experience / Prior supervisory experience/ Experience supporting multinational operations Experience with month-end walk and analysis and driver-based variance explantion.
