We're looking for an e Commerce Site Operations Specialist to join the team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the e Commerce platform, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and efficient online shopping experience for customers.

What You'll Do Content Management: Manage and update website content using a content management system (CMS), ensuring all information is current and accurate. e Commerce Integration: Integrate e Commerce functionalities such as third-party plugins to enhance the online shopping experience. Localization: Support and maintain region-specific storefronts, ensuring content, currency, and functionality are properly localized for each market and coordinating with country managers on regional requirements. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall site efficiency. SEO/GEO and Analytics: Implement SEO/GEO best practices and track website performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflow automation (e.g.,



QA checks, code review support, Click Up/task workflows) to improve team efficiency and site quality. Collaboration: Work closely with the growth, design, and content teams to ensure website alignment with branding and marketing strategies. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience. What You Need At least 2 years' experience in e Commerce website development, preferably in a retail or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment. Experience with e Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce) and CMS (e.g., Shopify). Experience supporting multi-region or multi-storefront websites, with an understanding of localization considerations (currency, language, regional compliance). Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Click Up, code review assistants, QA automation) is a plus. Strong understanding of SEO/GEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus. Salary & Perks Competitive USD Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.
