We are seeking a Design amp Release Engineer with experience in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and automotive product development. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, validation, release, and launch of metal components, ensuring compliance with engineering, quality, and manufacturing requirements. This role requires handson experience with APQP activities, product validation, engineering changes, and crossfunctional collaboration throughout the product development cycle.

Qualifications

Strong background in mechanical design and automotive product development.
Experience with APQP, product validation, and quality planning activities.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability principles.
Experience supporting component development from design through production launch.




Ability to perform engineering drawing reviews and support design changes.
Exposure to DVPampR, DRBFM, DFMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
Experience working in crossfunctional environments with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.
Previous experience within the automotive industry, preferably supporting powertrain, engine, bracket, mount, or other metal component programs.
