We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to support Clinical Analytics solutions built with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define risk-based test strategies for clinical analytics features, data products, semantic models, and Power BI reports.

* Create test plans, scenarios, negative cases, expected results, and regression coverage.

* Validate transformations, business rules, reconciliations, measures, filters, relationships, and report behavior.

* Lead defect triage, severity assessment, root-cause coordination, retesting, and regression decisions.

* Review test evidence for completeness, clarity, and reproducibility.





* Provide independent QA readiness assessments for controlled releases.

* Coach Junior QA resources and developers on testing and evidence practices.

Required Experience:

* +6 years of experience in QA/Testing across data, analytics, software, BI, or digital products.

* Experience with Microsoft Fabric mandatory

* Advanced English

* Strong SQL and data validation skills.

*Experience testing Power BI and/or semantic models, including measures, relationships, filters, and refresh behavior.

* Experience designing risk-based test strategies and regression coverage.

* Experience with defect management, root-cause analysis, and release readiness.

* Experience with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouses, notebooks, pipelines, semantic models, or analytics data products.

* Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred: Pharma, Biotech, Clinical Development, Research, regulated environments, Azure DevOps, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, validation evidence, traceability, or controlled SDLC practices.
