We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to fill various positions across our organization.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection Manage the fullcycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding.

Interviews Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Database Management Keep candidate and job opening databases fully updated.

Sourcing Identify and utilize diverse recruitment channels to attract top talent.

Reporting Generate reports on the recruitment and selection process status.

Requirements

Language Native English speaker.

Education Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Administration, or related fields.

Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in fullcycle recruitment and selection.





Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS Human Resources Information Systems.

Soft Skills

Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Empathy Strong ability to connect with candidates and understand company needs.

Teamwork Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
