About Passport Integral

Passport Global's unique combination of technology, logistics, and expertise helps brands simplify global commerce and boost international growth.

Uniquely positioned as a partner that goes beyond traditional carriers and outsourcers, we combine innovative technology with in-house logistics and industry expertise. Our approach is to provide world-class services, empowering brands to grow while maintaining control over their stores, data, and cash flow.

About the Role

Passport's In-Country Operations team is organized into three areas: Marketplace Management & B2B, Freight Management, and 3PL. This role sits on the 3PL side, at the end of the shipping process.

Passport doesn't own warehouses. It partners with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) across Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and Mexico, with multiple partners per region. This person makes sure everything runs correctly in those partners' warehouse management systems (WMS): SKUs are set up, inbound shipments are received in full, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders flow out on time. Amazon and B2B orders are handled by other teams.

The work is largely ad hoc. Every day brings a different request from a client or a 3PL,

so the role suits someone who problem-solves on the fly and follows up relentlessly until things are closed. Reporting on 3PL performance is mostly pre-built (including Passport's internal AI tools), but you'll be expected to catch red flags, spot when a report breaks, and build reporting for new warehouses as the network grows.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners across all regions; open tickets and follow up persistently until issues are resolved
- Create ASNs for inbound shipments in each 3PL's WMS
- Monitor inbound shipments, confirm they're received in full, and investigate and reconcile receiving discrepancies
- Maintain SKUs across the WMSs, including setting up new products ahead of client product launches
- Monitor outbound D2C order flow and flag issues with the 3PLs
- Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs (order processing, receiving, special projects) using existing reports; flag red flags and broken reports; produce weekly summary reports
- Build SLA reporting for new warehouses as the 3PL network grows
- Coordinate and track client special projects at the 3PLs, including kitting, labeling, product launches, and pack-out of B2B shipments

- Analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to identify efficiencies
- Document and improve supply chain processes and support key continuous-improvement initiatives

Requirements

- 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience with a warehouse management system (any WMS)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Analytical mindset: able to read reports, spot anomalies, and turn data into insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with a high volume of ad hoc, changing requests
- Reliable follow-through: you chase open items with warehouses until they're closed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Full professional English (written and spoken); native or fluent Spanish
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Based in Mexico, within easy reach of a major airport. The team gets together in person every so often, and you may need to fly for those gatherings.

Nice to Have

- Proactive use of AI tools to work faster; familiarity with Parabola is a plus
- Experience coordinating with multiple 3PLs or fulfillment partners across countries
- Background in e-commerce / D2C fulfillment
