Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Vulnerability Management Services Associate Analyst will support the remediation of database vulnerabilities globally. The role will work closely with Information Security, as well as infrastructure, application and IT management teams. The Associate Analyst will also help oversee and support vulnerability remediation for North America sectors.

Your Impact

As VMS Associate Analyst - Database your functions would consist of …

- Collaborate to set the agenda for database remediation globally, including coordination with Information Security, database baseline teams and application teams for all technologies supported by Global Compute
- Define database patch prioritization and plans including timeline




- Collaborate to implement patching and automation improvements (e.g., mass license key activation, outstanding patch installation, reduction of manual activities)
- Improve CMDB quality for database records in partnership with MSP when required
- Support server vulnerability remediation for North America sectors
- Coordinate with application and technical teams (e.g., Compute, Database) on vulnerability remediation under their scope
- Help monitor and report the effectiveness of remediation efforts

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

- Fluent English required (oral and written)
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- 6-month experience with Information Security or Vulnerability Management
- Communication and problem-solving skills
