Leading the implementation, initiation, and continuous adherence to EHS regulations, policies, and standards in the newly established manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico is the primary responsibility of the EH&S; Manager. Collaborating closely with the Plant Manager and the Monterrey Project team, this individual will ensure the organization possesses robust EHS management programs that effectively mitigate risks and promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. Additionally, the EH&S; Manager must demonstrate leadership and management skills in overseeing EH&S; programs, fostering relationships across all organizational levels, and cultivating a work environment that emphasizes open communication, positive networking, and continuous improvement in EH&S; practices.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated EHS experience in a heavy-manufacturing environment. Experience in the metal mechanic industry is a plus.




- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA and STPS regulatory requirements for critical safety programs and environmental regulatory requirements.
- Risk management experience to be able to guide the risks mitigation efforts.
- Demonstrated great results when leading teams, manage programs and new or existing projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Education Required:
- B.S. degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
