Summary
The Automation Supervisor leads automation initiatives, process improvement projects, and the implementation of new technologies to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.



This role supervises the Automation team and partners with cross-functional areas to deliver compliant, reliable, and scalable automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Automation team, including performance feedback and support with payroll, vacations, and leaves.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities based on technical feasibility, operational impact, and business value.
- Develop and execute automation project plans, including resources, timelines, risk assessments, implementation, and training.
- Lead activities related to Change Control, Design and Development, Design Verification & Validation, Engineering Studies, and Process Validation.
- Program, troubleshoot, and improve PLCs, industrial robots, automated equipment, and test automation solutions.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Projects, OpEx, EHS, HR, Finance, R&D;, and Marketing.
