Head of Editorial Content, Vogue Mexico and LATAM The role of Head of Editorial Content (HEC) for Vogue Mexico and LATAM is a pivotal and strategic leadership position within the Vogue Global Network. This role will be responsible for setting a clear editorial vision for Vogue Mexico and LATAM while also aligning with Vogue’s global presence. The HEC will work closely with the editorial team to craft audience-driving content across multiple platforms, develop engaging editorial tentpoles, and establish a strong creative point of view—while also meeting KPIs and maintaining an efficient workflow.



The HEC will lead and manage the editorial team to ensure a positive, empowered working environment, establishing goals as well as managing team performance. The HEC will play a strong role in Vogue’s global network, sharing local content, participating in—and helping shape—global editorial moments, and contributing to Vogue’s global presence. The HEC will collaborate with stakeholders within the organisation to capitalise on revenue growth opportunities, including subscriptions, events, commercial and partnerships. The perfect candidate will have a strong editorial point of view and a clear strategy for continuing Vogue’s growth. They must have an aptitude for storytelling, a demonstrated ability to understand the cultural zeitgeist and the agility to meet Vogue’s audience where it is with elevated content that captures attention.
