What will your mission be? Lead the Growth Strategy in Mexico, ensuring P&L; profitability through the acquisition of new projects/clients, driving commercial activity, and leading the sales team. Guarantee operational excellence from the engineering and implementation of Isotrol's products and services through to O&M; (Operations and Maintenance). Main Responsibilities: Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for [Distributed Generation / Utility Scale / Storage] projects. Originate, negotiate, and close key supply contracts for Isotrol's products and services. Develop and maintain strategic relationships at the highest level with clients, specifiers, manufacturers, and partners. Project Governance: Oversee the execution of complex technical projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
