Role Purpose You will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of ground transportation operations related to import and export shipments, while ensuring transit times, service levels, and operational efficiency are met. You will play a key role in communication with customers, suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers, contributing to the success of logistics operations end to end. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor domestic and international ground shipments. Manage FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL/LCL operations, ensuring compliance with established transit times. Oversee the operational follow-up of import and export shipments. Coordinate the release and dispatch of cargo arriving through strategic ports. Monitor deliveries and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams. Resolve issue
