Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspect of the project during the preconstruction and construction phases This includes preparing cost estimates, conduction value engineering analyses, monitoring budgets and ensuring financial control The quantity surveyor supports the project team in achieving cost certainty, transparency, and value throughout the project life cycle.
