This role is responsible developing training content, teaching Business System tool training, and supporting practitioner development pathways across the organization. This role will also be actively involved at Gemba, providing support across manufacturing operations, facilitating Kaizen events, value stream mapping, driving problem solving,



and moonshine prototyping to ensure improvements are implemented effectively and sustainably.
