MAIN PURPOSE
Manage the reliability and maintainability of electrical systems and equipment through the application of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques to minimize unplanned downtime events due to equipment failure.




2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and continuously improvepredictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance strategies for electrical and rotating equipment to maximize asset reliability, availability, and performance.
- Lead equipment condition monitoring programsutilizing vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis, and other predictive maintenance techniques to identify reliability risks and drive proactive maintenance actions.
- Perform reliability and risk assessmentson critical equipment to identify failure modes, evaluate operational risks, and define mitigation strategies.
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCA), FMEA, Ishikawa, and other reliability studiesfor equipment failures, ensuring the implementation and sustainability of corrective actions.
