The Marketing Manager will lead and execute the hotel's marketing strategy in line with SLS Hotels and Ennismore brand standards, driving brand visibility,



attracting high-end clientele, and strengthening the hotel's reputation as a luxury destination. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies across all hotel business lines (rooms, F&B;, spa, events).
Ensure all communications, campaigns, and materials meet Ennismore luxury brand standards.
Manage digital marketing, social media, PR, and strategic partnerships to maximize hotel visibility in domestic and international markets.
Oversee the marketing budget, optimizing investment to achieve the highest ROI.
Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with goals and brand standards.
Track and report marketing KPIs and campaign ROI to hotel leadership.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all business segments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Events.
