THE ROLE As a Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in serving our customers, with a focus on properties and markets outside the US. You will primarily engage with customers throughout ongoing management and contract renewals, and step in as overflow support during onboarding when the team's onboarding volume requires it. Your revenue management expertise, fluency in Spanish, and understanding of international hospitality markets will allow you to build trusted relationships and drive customer satisfaction from day one,



with minimal ramp-up. You will also collaborate closely with our sales team to continue growing DIAMO's customer base, and with our product team to help guide further platform innovation. WHAT YOU'LL DO Revenue Management, Distribution & Analysis Regularly assess pricing, distribution, and marketing strategies across your portfolio, bringing informed perspective on international market trends and best practices Collaborate with customers to determine the best revenue strategy to maximize performance, accounting for local and regional market dynamics Assist customers with distribution issues and optimization relating to the channel manager, OTA connectivity, etc. Digital Marketing Monitor performance across pay-per-click campaigns (SEM, Metasearch, OTA Sponsored Listings) and effectively communicate results to clients as needed Ongoing Customer Management Remain available to customers to provide
