You'll work closely with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to keep shipments moving efficiently from pickup to final delivery.

? What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate daily communication with customers, warehouses, carriers, and vendors.
- Manage road freight shipments from booking through delivery.
- Create shipment files and transportation orders within company systems.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment updates.
- Maintain customer account information and operational records.
- Monitor warehousing and distribution activities for assigned accounts.
- Support billing activities and identify discrepancies when needed.




- Generate operational reports and help maintain workflow visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Accounting, and Operations teams.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

? Who You Are

- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or currently close to graduation).
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, customer service, operations, or supply chain environments.
- Experience in 3PL, trucking, warehousing, LTL, FTL, or freight forwarding is a plus.
- Customer-oriented and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
