What You'll Do
As a Buyer, you will:
Manages the purchasing process by preparing and generating purchase orders, requesting material quotations, and negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with authorized suppliers.




Prepare and analyze requests for quotation (RFQs) and drive competitive bidding processes
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk
Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating supplier readiness, cost targets, and timelines
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure material specifications and requirements are met
Lead cross-functional projects related to procurement and supply chain optimization
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and performance
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when applicable.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
6+ years of experience in supply chain preferable within medical environme
