Engage and educate prospects on how JumpCloud's Cloud Directory Platform can solve their IT challenges — including identity, device, and access management Own the full sales cycle: from discovery and demos to negotiation and close Manage a growing pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts to sales leadership Develop deep technical understanding of our platform and keep up with our fast-moving product updates and AI Work with teams across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver an outstanding customer experience What Success Looks Like:
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) closed New logo count (# of deals)



Quota attainment and consistent pipeline generation High conversion and close rates with qualified prospects What You Bring:
3+ years of SaaS sales experience , preferably in SMB or mid-market Proven ability to close deals in a high-velocity, transactional environment Strong communication in English, Spanish and Portuguese
and consultative sales skills with technical buyers Experience including but not limited to: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ChatGPT, Gemini or other similar prospecting and AI tools to manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (each verbal and written) Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment #LI-MH1 Where you'll be working/Location: This role is on-site role in the country of Mexico. and requires team members to spend a few days each week in the office.
