We are seeking an AI Consultant to join the digital transformation journey of a leading restaurant and brand experience operator in Latin America and Europe, managing iconic portfolios such as Starbucks. In this role, you will implement, optimize, and scale AI-driven Software Development Life Cycle tooling and developer productivity platforms across the client's engineering ecosystem, accelerating product delivery, design reviews, and automated code generation while ensuring enterprise security compliance.

Responsibilities

- Design and execute the strategy for integrating AI-driven development, code review, and documentation tools into the existing engineering toolchain
- Conduct discovery workshops and capability assessments to evaluate current engineering bottlenecks and define tailored AI-assisted SDLC workflows
- Establish governance models, security guidelines, and compliance guardrails for the use of Generative AI in software development, including proprietary code handling, IP protection, and vulnerability scanning
- Train engineering squads and lead enablement sessions on best practices for prompt engineering, secure coding with AI, and automated pull-request workflows
- Balance aggressive developer productivity gains with strict enterprise security, data privacy, and intellectual property requirements
- Overcome developer resistance to new workflows through effective change management,



hands-on enablement, and measurable value demonstration
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and delivery squads, working closely with client tech leaders, software engineers, and general architecture teams
- Occasionally travel for workshops, alignment sessions, and technical enablement with client leadership

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or technical consulting, with a strong focus on developer tooling, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering practices
- Expertise in Generative AI tools for software development such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, and Cursor
- Understanding of LLM integration patterns and modern SDLC practices including CI/CD and DevOps
- Background in software engineering, covering full-stack or backend development and automated testing
- Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying and scaling AI-assisted development tools within enterprise environments
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and automated PR review frameworks
- Advanced or Intermediate B2 level of English

Nice to have

- Professional or Native fluency in Spanish
- Certifications in Cloud Platforms (AWS), Agile/DevOps practices, or relevant AI/ML technologies
- Experience working within retail, e-commerce, or QSR engineering ecosystems
