- Make outbound cold calls to property owners to introduce Simply Leased's property management services — following approved scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
- Navigate gatekeepers professionally to reach the property owner or PM decision-maker, opening every call warm and confident.
- Qualify leads on each call — ownership status, current PM situation, and interest level — and convert interested owners into booked discovery appointments.
- Handle objections with warmth — turning hesitant responses into engaged conversations rather than lost calls.
- Log every call outcome in the CRM immediately — clean records, complete notes, and warm leads flagged for the team's attention.
- Manage follow-ups and callbacks reliably — scheduled calls happen on time with a prepared opener.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of sales,
cold calling, or appointment setting experience
- Warm, confident, and polished phone presence — not overly casual
- A completed four-year university degree or equivalent
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Clear, professional spoken English — easily understood by U.S.-based property owners
- Schedule fit: afternoons PST during the first 4 weeks of training, then mornings PST long-term,
- with at least one weekend day per week
- CRM or call logging experience — accurate, consistent record-keeping
- Property management or real estate background — familiarity with leasing, tenants, or PM services
- Experience with outbound dialers or high-volume appointment setting platforms
- Scheduling or calendar management experience — able to manage booked appointments without support
