Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 MXN / month + Housing & Vehicle Package

About the Role

Are you an Automation Engineer looking to gain international experience? We are actively recruiting professionals to join industrial automation projects across various manufacturing plants throughout the United States.

We handle the entire U.S. work visa process on your behalf, allowing you to focus on your technical and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Startup & Commissioning: Lead the implementation and commissioning of integrated automated systems and expansions, from signal mapping to Line Clearance validation under safe operating conditions.
- Troubleshooting & Crisis Support: Provide immediate floor support during operational contingencies through root-cause analysis (RCA), ensuring continuous uptime and strict compliance with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols.
- Industrial Robotics: Program pathways, manage technical support, and perform preventive maintenance for FANUC, ABB, KUKA, and Yaskawa robotic controllers.
- PLC & HMI Programming: Develop and optimize PLC logic, SCADA environments, and HMI designs (primarily Allen Bradley, Siemens, and related platforms).
- Vision Systems: Implement and fine-tune advanced optical inspection systems (Cognex, Keyence, iRVision), adjusting for lighting variations or false rejects to maintain quality standards.
- System Integration: Plan and integrate peripheral stations (sensors, electrical, and mechanical components) into active processes with minimal impact on plant downtime.
- Validation & Quality Protocols: Execute and document industrial testing cycles (IQ, OQ, PQ)



under GAMP 5 standards and Gage R&R; metrics to secure technical sign-off and final client Buy-off.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related fields (Professional License / Cédula Profesional and Diploma / Título are required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation.
- Core Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI platforms.
- Languages: Conversational English proficiency (business/technical communication required).
- Relocation: Full availability to relocate to the United States.

Technical Specializations (Experience required in one or more areas)

- Precision Assembly & Manufacturing: Weld cells, technical torque/fastening systems, and assembly line management.
- Automated Logistics & Warehousing: Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), stacker cranes, and industrial conveyor systems.
- Autonomous Navigation Units: Fleet management for AMRs and AGVs integrated with optical or laser navigation technologies.
