Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. The adecuado candidate will primarily handle phone support but should also excel in chat and email communication. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Schedule:

- Friday–Tuesday, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM, 30-minute paid break (Mexico Time)
- Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 30-minute paid break (Mexico Time)

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage real-time customer interactions through chat, providing quick and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Handle customer emails promptly and professionally, offering solutions and assistance as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system,



maintaining detailed records for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive support.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Must be able to work the specified schedule consistently.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of quickly learning new software and tools.
- Must be comfortable taking the voice assessment recording.
