Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.

Experience within the financial services or banking industry. Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: ACH (Automated Clearing House) processes and payment systems.

Actimize Fraud

Management solutions. Core Banking platforms, including Fiserv. Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements. Ability to create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Experience performing process analysis and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. Strong understanding of systems integrations, data flows, and business processes within financial environments.

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required – Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously. Nice to Have (Technical Skills) Technical background in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.



Experience with fraud prevention, risk management, or banking operations initiatives. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar requirements management tools.

Responsibilities (Activities to Perform) Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and requirements. Conduct structured analysis of business processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance. Elicit, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.

Create business process flows, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable solution designs. Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Support solution design, testing, validation, and implementation activities. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions with stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology solutions.

Support project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment. Provide recommendations based on data analysis, business insights, and industry best practices. Required Languages English: Fluent Additional Information
