WE’RE HIRING: CAD Drafter (Revit & AutoCAD)

Are you an experienced Revit and AutoCAD Drafter with a strong eye for design and construction documentation? We're looking for a proactive and self-motivated professional to support a growing company involved in landscape and architectural modification and design. This role is adecuado for someone who can confidently produce high-quality drawings while also assisting with administrative tasks to keep projects organized and on track.

Position Details:

- Position: CAD Drafter
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Rate: $9/hour (plus monthly bonus and allowance)
- Schedule: TBD
- Timezone: Must be willing to work a US Time Zone
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Setup: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Create 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software (Mainly Revit)
- Draft architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Produce construction documents and permit drawings
- Update and revise existing plans based on markups
- Prepare construction documents




- Assist architects/engineers
- Draft layouts, details, and as-builts
- Managing CAD Files
- Ensure compliance with building codes or project requirements
- Other Admin Tasks

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Revit & AutoCAD Drafter in the architecture or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and documentation
- Experience in landscape design
- Experience supporting architects and engineers throughout project development
- Excellent organizational and file management skills
- Self-guided, proactive, and highly motivated
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
