In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Change Orders
Perform initial review of incoming Change Requests to determine process flow and how to handle change.
Recognize the type of change entered and determine the level of action and how to proceed with items before sending them to the factory for processing.
Work with internal stakeholders to determine and quote the cost and lead-time impact of the requested changes.
Communicate with Emerson Impact Partners to resolve issues, notify them of the cost and lead-time impacts, and provide guidance on how to proceed with their change request including how the fees will be assessed.
Verify that the appropriate department has made the appropriate changes, and the updates have been documented in the FLEX portal, to assign the request to the next department to ensure the correct flow of the procedure.
Follow up the process and status of the change within each department involved in the process.
Ensure new line has been entered correctly by the Impact partner to proceed with the changes
Manages the ticker-orders dashboard to ensure correct process flow of change requests.
Pricing
Update pricing and commissions in Oracle and FF2 as needed.
Investigate and resolve pricing errors and disputes.
Ensure orders have been entered correctly per quotes provided.
Cancel orders that were entered with incorrect pricing and let the Entry User know they need to re-enter it correctly.
Have the authority to contact corrective billing to resolve pricing adjustments.
Order Entry
Enter and commit the orders that Impact Partners have transmitted in Rep Hold: fix unit and old price, tag, currency, deal and quantity errors, remove obsolete codes, enter no-charge orders, configure and set actuators and valves, change shipping information, entering change and expedites fees.
Override and source the items from the correct prime ship as needed.
Adjust and update the correct price on orders to match the quote already provided.
Route emergency and service orders
Error Correction
Ensure communication between the Impact Partner and the production support, error correction and DevOps teams so orders can be successfully transmitted from FF2 to Oracle.
Recognize the different errors and take action to correct and successfully transmit orders to the Oracle system, using tools and knowledge of FF2, XML files and Oracle.

English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
Ability to interact effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including customers, project management teams, order management teams, customer service representatives, manufacturing sites, support teams, and global business partners.

Experience working in customer-facing, operations, order management, supply chain, sales support, or project coordination environment.
Exposure to enterprise systems, business applications, or technical support platforms. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
