About the Role
Impact Advisors Mexico is looking for an Epic Radiant Associate to support radiology and diagnostic imaging workflows for U.S. healthcare organizations.
This role is a good fit for professionals with experience in radiology, medical imaging, diagnostic imaging, radiology operations, PACS/RIS, healthcare IT, or clinical systems who are interested in developing their career in healthcare technology and consulting.
Epic Radiant experience or certification is not required to apply. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop knowledge of Epic and healthcare IT based on role requirements, business needs, eligibility, and applicable Epic processes.
What You’ll Do
· Support radiology and diagnostic imaging workflows within Epic.
· Analyze application requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Radiant.
· Support application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
· Work with radiology and operational teams to understand workflow requirements and translate them into application solutions.
· Support workflows involving imaging orders, scheduling, exams, results, procedure documentation, and radiology operations.
· Investigate application issues, identify potential root causes, and coordinate resolutions with clinical and technical teams.
· Participate in testing and quality assurance for system enhancements.
· Maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
· Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, radiology staff,
clinical teams, operational stakeholders, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
· Contribute to workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· 1–3 years of professional experience in radiology, medical imaging, diagnostic imaging, healthcare IT, clinical operations, or a related environment.
· Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
· Experience working with healthcare information systems, clinical applications, imaging systems, or ticketing/support environments.
· Understanding of radiology and/or diagnostic imaging workflows.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
· Ability to understand complex workflows and work accurately with detailed information.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Epic or other EHR/EMR systems.
· Epic Radiant experience or certification.
· Experience with PACS, RIS, or radiology information systems.
· Experience with medical imaging applications or diagnostic imaging technology.
· Experience supporting radiology, imaging services, or clinical operations.
· Experience with GE Healthcare or other imaging technology environments.
· U.S. healthcare experience.
· Healthcare technology or consulting experience.
Relevant Backgrounds
We welcome candidates whose experience includes:
Radiology & Imaging: Radiology, Radiologic Technology, Radiologic Technologist, Medical Imaging, Diagnostic Imaging, Imaging Services, Radiology Operations, Mammography, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, or Nuclear Medicine.
Imaging Technology: PACS, RIS, Radiology Information Systems, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, or medical imaging applications.
Healthcare IT: Application Analyst, Clinical Systems Analyst, EHR/EMR Analyst, Business Analyst, or healthcare technology support.
You do not need to be an Epic expert. The role requires the ability to understand clinical workflows, analyze problems, communicate with stakeholders, and translate operational needs into effective technology solutions.
