About the Role
Impact Advisors Mexico is looking for an Epic ClinDoc Associate to support clinical documentation workflows and healthcare technology solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.
This opportunity is designed for professionals with experience in clinical documentation, nursing, healthcare operations, EHR/EMR systems, clinical applications, or healthcare IT who are interested in developing specialized expertise in Epic and healthcare technology.
Epic ClinDoc experience or certification is not required to apply. Candidates may have opportunities to develop Epic expertise and pursue certification based on applicable role requirements, business needs, eligibility, and Epic processes.
What You’ll Do
· Support clinical documentation workflows within Epic.
· Analyze application requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to clinical documentation.
· Support application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
· Work with clinical and operational teams to understand documentation requirements and translate them into application solutions.
· Support workflows related to clinical documentation, patient information, clinical notes, forms, and related healthcare processes.
· Investigate application issues, identify potential root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
· Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for system enhancements.
· Support workflow analysis and documentation of current and future-state processes.
· Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
· Collaborate with nurses, physicians, clinicians, clinical leadership, operational stakeholders, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
· Participate in application optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Support implementation, upgrade, and enhancement activities as applicable to the role.
· Maintain accurate documentation of issues, requirements, testing activities, and resolutions.
Required Qualifications
· 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in clinical care, nursing, healthcare operations, clinical applications, healthcare IT, EHR/EMR support, or a related environment.
· Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
· Experience working with healthcare information systems, clinical applications, EHR/EMR platforms, or ticketing/support environments.
· Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare documentation processes.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to understand complex workflows and translate operational needs into clear requirements.
· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Clear and professional communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
· Proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
· Commitment to continuous learning and development.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Epic or another EHR/EMR platform.
· Epic ClinDoc experience or certification.
· Experience with clinical documentation systems or electronic clinical documentation.
· Nursing or other clinical healthcare experience.
· Experience supporting physicians, nurses, or other clinical users.
· Experience with healthcare application support or implementation.
· U.S. healthcare experience.
· Healthcare technology or consulting experience.
· Experience participating in EHR implementations, upgrades, testing, or optimization initiatives.
