Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Comprador.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices.

If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

What you’ll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION: A. Ensure the most competitive prices, quality products, and timely deliveries of all non-production materials (MRO) and services are sought and obtained while adhering to legal, Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

A. Control processing orders, MRO consignment, shipments, request for quotes (RFQs), PO’s creation, etc.

B. Monitor and actively pursue supplier release in relation to required delivery date.

C. Attend and participates in teaming activities as required.

D. Review and approve all vendor selection(s) for pricing and product availability prior to proceeding with order request.

E. Fully informs and assists suppliers in achieving 100% performance rating of supplier delivery rating system, by actively understanding supplier’ s issues, constraints and actively pursuing corrective actions as needed.

F. Actively participating in or contributing to new and ingenious ways of controlling costs.

G. Maintain of create a healthy/ productive working relationship with suppliers. This relationship is facilitated through frequent phone contact and plant visits when appropriate.

Maintain or create a healthy/productive working relationship with plant counterparts to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information.

I. Interface when required with Corporate Transportation to ensure shipment of goods is delivered to facility in a timely manner.

J. Examines and appraises potential cost savings and implements those agreed upon, reporting cost savings to management.

K. Recommend changes in buy quantities when improved pricing can be obtained

L. Selects vendors for bids on reworking, reconditioning and reproduction of special tooling.

M. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.

N. Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies.

O. Motivate employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.

Qualifications:

A. Bachelors degree in business, administration or related. B. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing area.

C. English: conversational advanced – language capability, speaking, reading & writing required.

D. Cost analysis, negotiation skills, comunications skill, foreing purchasing management and coordination.

E. Broad knowledge in develop suppliers
