Position Overview

Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes and for performing financial analyses to support decision-making by providing senior management with timely, detailed, and meaningful information and visibility into business performance. Prepare the company's financial information and sales forecasts and profitability margin plans for decision-making, supporting the development of growth strategies. Propose process improvements and efficiencies for financial planning to ensure proper analysis and planning for Mexico Truck and Global Export operations.

Coordinate monthly and forecast presentations for U.S. Corporate, the CFO, and Commercial Directors. Address financial requirements from management, U.S. Corporate, and affiliates

Main Responsibilities

Based on production, marketing, and sales information (competitive analysis, market trends, etc.), build financial models to project operating results and determine the key factors that will affect business performance. Develop the annual operating plan according to economic growth expectations and align it with Global and Mexico objectives (Marketing Planning).

Work closely with the leadership team to prepare the company's budget plan (one-year plan), medium-term plan (five-year plan), and long-term plan (ten-year plan). Monitor Operating Plan and Forecast performance in line with changes in the global industry.





Consolidate data from accounting, plant, purchasing, sales, general and administrative, and other teams to generate a complete profit-and-loss detail. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential to understand the month-end close, identify non-recurring entries, and analyze vigente results.

Explain results to the senior leadership team at the monthly meeting. Clearly explain financial results to executives and provide senior leadership with a clear projection of what will happen in the coming months. This also applies to the five- and ten-year plans.

Profile

▪ Education in Finance, Accounting, Administration or relevant field

▪ 6+ years in Financial Planning, budgeting, profitability margin analysis, and other analyses and/or studies

▪ English level : fluent (C1)

▪ Knowledge in AI & experience in ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, ORACLE/Smart View)

▪ Excel level :advanced level / Power BI level: intermediate

▪ Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to manage effective relationships with business units, auditors, and management.
