We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.
Qualifications
- Must have experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients
- Must have a C1 level of English or higher
- Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- Must have a computer or laptop
- Must have a reliable internet connection
- Must have a noise-canceling headset
- Must have a quiet and professional workspace
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous healthcare or medical customer service experience is a plus
