We're hiring a Customer Service & Sales Representative to sell our software tool that automatically posts car dealers' vehicle inventory to Facebook Marketplace. You'll work directly with U.S. auto dealerships — first helping them understand how the tool saves their sales team hours of manual listing work each week, then closing them as paying customers and supporting them after signup.
This is a phone- and chat-first role. You'll be speaking with U.S. dealership owners, general managers, and sales staff every day, so a fluent American English accent is required to build trust quickly with customers.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound leads from U.S. car dealerships interested in our software
- Explain how the tool works: automatically syncing a dealer's vehicle inventory to Facebook Marketplace, so listings stay accurate and up to date without manual posting
- Run product demos and answer questions about pricing, setup, and how the tool integrates with a dealer's existing inventory
- Close new subscription sales and hit monthly sales targets
- Onboard new customers and provide ongoing customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot basic account and listing issues, escalating technical problems as needed
- Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and deals in our CRM
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English with an American accent for U.S. business callers — this is a must-have for the role
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center work (SaaS or automotive industry experience a plus)
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling objections
- Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional on the phone
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home work environment
- Basic computer skills; comfortable learning new software tools quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role
