Digital Marketing Specialist

Marketing Agency | Full-Time Availability

"Remote – Mexico | Must be available to work US Eastern Time business hours." We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across social media, email marketing, website optimization and paid media campaigns, who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple client accounts.

Experience working with luxury or travel brands is highly valued, especially within hospitality, premium experiences, or luxury tourism sectors. Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across: -Social Media (organic and paid)

-Email Marketing / CRM

-Paid Media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) - Plan, launch, optimize, and report on digital campaigns to achieve client KPIs including lead generation, conversions, engagement, and ROAS

- Manage email marketing campaigns, including: -Performance analysis - Analize Social Media performance and conduct social listening to detect trends
- Collaborate closely with account managers,



designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing and CRM
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a marketing agency
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) -Social media management tools - Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Fluent English required;

Experience working with luxury, hospitality, or travel brands

- Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium brand positioning
- Knowledge of CRM automation and customer lifecycle strategies
