Overview
- This is a full-time position with possibility of fully remote work. Adecuado location is the Americas due to time zones.
- Professional Spanish and English is a must. You must be able to converse daily in both languages on zoom calls without translation help. This is a non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you do not have professional or mother language proficiency in Spanish AND English.
- We have offices in the United States and Colombia — compensation is set in USD or COP depending on your location.
- Role focuses on driving profitable revenue growth across Amazon (Seller Central), TikTok Shop, our Shopify DTC store, and dropship retail accounts (such as macys.com).
- We are currently a mid-7 figure brand on Amazon, looking to grow 20% every year.
- Requires strong analytical discipline, sharp marketing judgment, and structured project management.
- You will own strategy and end-to-end execution, as well as full direction and management of necessary teams/agencies.
- You will be responsible for a good-looking P&L;, improving paid efficiency, brand share of voice, and driving the next stage of channel growth.
Core Responsibilities
Channel Performance Management
- Monitor weekly sales, contribution margin, sessions, conversion, ROAS, TACoS, and inventory KPIs.
- Identify declining ASINs, diagnose causes, propose corrective actions, and track execution.
- Surface upside opportunities on high-velocity SKUs.
- Review advertising performance weekly and verify that spend allocation, keyword strategy, DSP audiences, and creative tests match performance data.
- The main goal is to increase total contribution of the business. Profitability is key. Choosing the right mix of ads, new product recommendation/launches, product optimization, etc is your responsibility.
Listing and Content Optimization
- Audit product detail pages, SEO, infographics, A+ content, Storefronts, and variant structure.
- Propose revisions supported by competitive benchmarks and performance data.
- Coordinate with creative teams to recommend and secure required assets.
- Convert asset sets into clear briefs for graphic designers, with defined deliverables and usage guidelines.
- Manage brand audits across Amazon and dropship retailers, flag unauthorized listings, pricing erosion, and content inconsistencies.
Cross-functional & Holistic Project Management
- Plan and manage new product launches end to end: trend identification, forecasting, product development, ordering, logistics, content creation, pricing strategy, marketing strategies, and promotional timing.
- Research, identify, and recommend new products, colorways, and bundle opportunities using sales data, search trends,
and competitive analysis to guide product development.
- Interface with internal teams (photography, design, operations, finance) and external vendors to keep all tasks on schedule.
- Ensure inventory health, buy box stability, and coordination with our logistics team for FBA/AWD fulfillment.
Strategic Ownership
- Evaluate ROI of creative investments, advertising changes, and promotions.
- Build channel-specific growth plans and quarterly roadmaps for Amazon and dropship retail.
- Ensure brand protection, pricing consistency, MAP control, and strong representation across all online retailers.
- Support and help lead the transition of our Amazon business from Vendor Central to Seller Central.
- Develop mechanisms for structured reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing 7-figure+ yearly Amazon revenue for a DTC brand, or 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, with at least 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience in consumer products, ideally cookware or housewares.
- Strong command of Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven ability to interpret ecommerce data and translate findings into action.
- Strong track record scaling Amazon Ads while hitting profit targets.
- Competence in creative evaluation (photos, infographics, copy) with understanding of what converts.
- Experience collaborating with teams, external agencies and directing creative or advertising resources.
- Rigorous project management habits and familiarity with PM tools.
- Working knowledge of ecommerce unit economics, retail math, P&L;, and ROI modeling.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, sumif, etc.).
- Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Sales growth while maintaining a 5% TACoS.
- A focus on absolute Contribution Margin growth while protecting placement and BSR.
- General product catalog management and continuing improvements.
- New product identification, development, and launch with a 12-month timeline to profitability.
- Outside-the-box thinking when it comes to strategy — not just a focus on traditional ads.
