Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in Functional Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis, functional design, and solution documentation for complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process modeling, preferably using BPMN.
- Experience developing functional specifications, use cases, process flows, data models, and requirements traceability.
- Understanding of system integration concepts and the interaction between business and technical components.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to projects of significant scope and complexity.
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into viable functional solutions.
- Good English communication skills for meetings and collaboration with integral teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills,



with a continuous improvement mindset
- Intermediate English proficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and gather, validate, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and data models.
- Design and document functional solutions aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and technical teams to ensure the functional consistency and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis through implementation.
- Participate in functional reviews, requirement validation, and solution discussions with business users and global teams.
- Support system integration initiatives by defining functional requirements and maintaining relevant technical and functional documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
