Maintenance Manager

Location: Victoria de Durango, Durango, Mexico

Industry: Automotive Manufacturing (wire harness)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within our automotive manufacturing facility. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing maintenance KPIs, and leading a high-performance maintenance team

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in the automotive industry is required specifically in wiring harness.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor the Annual Maintenance Program.
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and SOX requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs.




- Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
- Lead and develop maintenance personnel to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate and execute continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
- Support new equipment installation and capital projects.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
