About the Role In this position, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our growth surface, driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through targeted growth campaigns, referral loops, and growth tooling. You will collaborate directly with our local growth team in Mexico and coordinate closely with general technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, launch, and rapidly iterate on growth campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Build seamless referral loops that drive compounding user acquisition.




- Manage growth incentive programs and promotions while balancing unit economics.
- Own the growth tooling roadmap and ensure proper event tracking across new features.
- Optimize the activation-to-retention funnel using data-driven insights.
- Coordinate closely with international engineering teams across multiple time zones.

? What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of Product Management experience in tech, focusing on growth, acquisition, or engagement.
- Direct experience in Fintech, Payments, or high-growth consumer products.
- Strong quantitative and experimentation skills (SQL, funnel, and cohort analysis).
- Experience designing incentive programs with a solid grasp of unit economics.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Based in Mexico City.
